Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we process the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, selected service and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.

How the website works

Contact submissions are validated by the website Worker and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When contact delivery is configured, the enquiry is sent through the configured email-delivery service. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services.

Toolkit+ access codes are sent only to the website validation endpoint. A validated Toolkit entitlement is stored locally in the browser so access can be rechecked during navigation and refresh.

• VAT, website-estimate, QR, WhatsApp and most image/design tool processing happens locally in your browser.
• The Domain Availability Checker sends the searched domain to the BDS Worker and relevant registry only to perform the requested lookup.
• Graphic Maker brand settings and Image Studio saved settings are stored locally in your browser when you choose to save them.

Analytics and storage

Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when it is configured for a deployment, and it is not loaded on the Toolkit activation route. The website does not add a decorative cookie banner. Before enabling nonessential analytics for a final deployment, BDS should review the applicable consent and privacy requirements for that deployment context.

Sharing and retention

BDS does not sell enquiry information. Information is shared only with the services needed to operate the website and deliver an enquiry, or where required by law. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, legal obligations or legitimate operational records.
