How Beyond Digital Solutions handles information when you use this website.
How the website works
Contact submissions are validated by the website Worker and protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When contact delivery is configured, the enquiry is sent through the configured email-delivery service. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security services.
Toolkit+ access codes are sent only to the website validation endpoint. A validated Toolkit entitlement is stored locally in the browser so access can be rechecked during navigation and refresh.
- VAT, website-estimate, QR, WhatsApp and most image/design tool processing happens locally in your browser.
- The Domain Availability Checker sends the searched domain to the BDS Worker and relevant registry only to perform the requested lookup.
- Graphic Maker brand settings and Image Studio saved settings are stored locally in your browser when you choose to save them.
Analytics and storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only when it is configured for a deployment, and it is not loaded on the Toolkit activation route. The website does not add a decorative cookie banner. Before enabling nonessential analytics for a final deployment, BDS should review the applicable consent and privacy requirements for that deployment context.
Advertising and third-party cookies
This website does not currently display Google AdSense ads. Before BDS enables Google AdSense or other third-party advertising, this policy will be updated to describe the resulting cookies or similar technologies and any consent choices required for the regions where ads are served. When third-party ads are served, providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, limit repeat views and personalize ads where permitted.
How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps
Sharing and retention
BDS does not sell enquiry information. Information is shared only with the services needed to operate the website and deliver an enquiry, or where required by law. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, legal obligations or legitimate operational records.
BDS Business Operating Center and Google integrations
This section describes how Beyond Digital Solutions uses Google OAuth in BDS Business Operating Center, an internal desktop application used only by authorized Beyond Digital Solutions staff to manage client work.
It supplements the website privacy information above and applies to Google Analytics and Google Search Console access requested through that application.
What BDS Business Operating Center is
BDS Business Operating Center is an internal operations application for authorized Beyond Digital Solutions staff. It is not a public consumer service on this website.
When an authorized administrator connects Google in the application, BDS requests read-only access so staff can view website performance for client properties the business is authorized to support.
Google scopes requested
BDS requests the following Google OAuth scopes:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly — read-only Google Analytics (GA4) reporting
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — read-only Google Search Console reporting
- openid and email — identify which Google account is connected in Settings
How Google Analytics data is used
BDS uses read-only Analytics access to display GA4 website traffic and performance inside the application for linked client properties. BDS does not modify Google Analytics configuration or data.

How Search Console data is used
BDS uses read-only Search Console access to display search performance for client-owned properties delegated to Beyond Digital Solutions. BDS does not modify Search Console properties, site settings, or indexing.

What BDS does not do with Google data
BDS does not sell Google data, use Google data for advertising, or request write access to Google Analytics or Search Console.
Credential storage and access
OAuth refresh credentials are stored server-side in encrypted provider credential storage. The desktop application and public website do not receive raw Google access tokens, refresh tokens, or OAuth client secrets.
Google Analytics and Search Console reports are primarily retrieved through live API reads when an authorized user views them in the application.
Report responses may be cached briefly to improve performance: historical reports for approximately 15 minutes and realtime reports for approximately 1 minute. OAuth credentials are not stored in report cache.
Revoking access
An authorized administrator can disconnect Google in BDS Settings → Providers → Google. Disconnecting removes the stored refresh credential from BDS server-side storage.
Users can also revoke BDS access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
