Practical terms for using the Beyond Digital Solutions website and tools.
Website content, package information and free tools are provided for general information and planning. Tool results and estimates are indicative; a final project scope, availability and price are confirmed only in an agreed quotation.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, rights and approvals for the content, images, branding, translations and account access they provide. Project deliverables, revisions, timelines and handover terms are governed by the agreed quotation.
Domain registration and renewal, email-provider subscriptions, paid software, external APIs, payment services and specialist infrastructure are separate provider costs unless expressly included in a quotation. Their availability and terms remain the responsibility of the relevant provider.
Toolkit+ is an included BDS client/support benefit where offered, not a separate public subscription. Access may be time-limited and is validated securely. Website, tool and third-party infrastructure availability cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Website materials, branding and tools remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Client ownership and use rights for project deliverables are defined in the applicable agreed scope and handover terms.
