01 / BDS BOOKING SOURCE

Start with the data and workflow requirements

A scheduling product has to connect the service a customer chooses, the staff member who can deliver it, and the times that are actually available. The BDS demonstration shows service, staff, booking, and admin surfaces; the commercial package includes database migrations and configuration documentation.

Before deploying any booking code, inspect its authorization rules, server-side validation, database constraints, and migration steps. Those details depend on the exact release and should be checked in the delivered source and docs, not inferred from a marketing page.

  • Supabase and PostgreSQL are part of the published stack
  • A Supabase project and its credentials are buyer-provided
  • BDS is source code, not a managed database or hosted service

Plan for availability and concurrent requests

The browser can display candidate time slots, but the server and database should make the final reservation decision. If two customers confirm the same slot at once, the application needs a conflict-safe write strategy that matches its scheduling rules. For variable appointment durations, a simple unique start-time key may not be enough; overlapping intervals need to be handled deliberately.

Treat this as an implementation review item for any booking application, including a source package you buy. Validate behavior with the actual schema and release documentation before taking real appointments.

What BDS supplies

The current $104 USD Regular License ($312 USD Extended License) Codester listing is version 1.0.3 and includes the buyer source package, migrations, setup documentation, and deployment configuration. You configure the Supabase project, business details, and deployment. Hosting, installation, custom integrations, payment gateways, and ongoing maintenance are outside the base offer.

PURCHASE QUESTIONS

No. The buyer supplies and configures a Supabase project and its credentials.

Are database migrations included?
