A small website change is one minor update to existing content or functionality, such as text, an image, contact details, a link, button text, business hours, an existing form field or a small spacing correction. Several unrelated requests may count as multiple changes. New pages, landing pages, major sections, redesigns, languages, major content writing, advanced animation, forms, galleries, integrations, booking, e-commerce, CMS, databases, backend work and major SEO work are quoted separately. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over; client approval of text and images is required; third-party provider issues are outside BDS direct control.
